Differential Diagnosis

History: The lower lip is one of the commonest and classical sites for SCC. However, the unusual feature in the current case was the age of the patient as individuals in their twenties rarely develop SCC especially if there are no underlying predisposing conditions. This lady presented with a large nodular mass protruding above the level of surrounding skin. The nodule had an everted border and beefy somehow crusted surface. There were no cervical lymph nodes enlargement. Biopsy was in keep with SCC and the patient was referred to reconstructive surgery department for definitive treatment.
