History: A lady with fair complexion in her late forties presented with a nodulo-ulcerative lesion on the lower part of the right side of the nose of 10 months duration. The lesion had a rolled up border and a tendency for easily bleeding. Biopsy showed features of nodulo-ulcerative BCC.
