Differential Diagnosis

History: LP pigmentosus is a rare variant of lichen planus. It is more common in Latin America and India. It usually presents with hyperpigmented patches of the sun-exposed parts and body flexors. This lady presented with blue-blackish pigmentation of the face, forearms and axillae of two years duration. She complained of progressive darkening of her skin in the affected areas.
