History: A 68-year-old man with a long history extended to many decades of a very pruritic widespread dermatitis involving most of the body regions included the face. On examination,multiple,large, hyperpigmented, lichenified, scaly plaques with excoriations were seen especially on the extensor surface of the extremities.
