Differential Diagnosis

History: An adolescent female presented with multiple, erythematous, plaques and papules with an iris-like appearance on the dorsal surface of the hands and distal parts of forearms of five days duration. One week before the onset of the rash the patient suffered a bout of herpes labialis.
