Differential Diagnosis

History: A young female gives five months history of annular well demarcated, hyperkeratotoic erythematous plaque with central atrophy. TYPES OF POROKERATOSIS 1 Porokeratosis of Mibelli 2 Disseminated superficial actinic porokeratosis (DSAP) 3 Disseminated superficial actinic porokeratosis (DSP) 4 Porokeratosis palmaris et plantaris disseminata (PPPD) 5 Punctate porokeratosis (PP) 6 Linear porokeratosis (LP) 7 Syndromic form:CAP(craniosynostosis,anal anomalies & porokeratosis)syndrome TREATMENT TOPICAL - Photoprotection - 5-Fluorouracil - Calcipotriol - Imiquimod - Topical retinoids - Topical corticosteroids?
