History: This patient had subjected to burn of the lower leg more than 15 years ago and the burnt site has ended with scarring. Now he presents with a large ulcer within the scar of two years duration. The ulcer was large with an irregular border and vegetative granular base. Skin biopsy showed low grade SCC.
