Differential Diagnosis

History: Asymptomatic, skin-colored, slightly elevated papules with rough flat surface, some of which showed kobnerization, confined to the dorsum of both hands of more than one year duration. Clinically, the lesions may have some similarity to lesions of classical lichen planus. Some scars shown were the result of previous electrocautery treatment.
