Differential Diagnosis

History: This 41-year-old male presented with circumscribed scaly plaques over the palms and soles. The lesions were present for the last 12 months. Itching was present on and off. The lesions subsided with topical steroids and oral antibiotics and antihistaminics. Recurrences were common.
