Differential Diagnosis

History:

Three asymptomatic  indurated erytrhematous crusted nodules involved one cheek of two months duration in a child residing in a rural area endemic with cutaneous leishmaniasis. She responded well to few sessions of local infiltrative therapy with sodium stibogluconate with good cosmetic outcome.
