Differential Diagnosis

History:

Less than one year old infant had pyodermas of many days duration. The main manifestation was an ecthymatous tender ulcer on the dorsum of one hand in addition to few puustules and superficial ulcer involved both lips. All manifestations cleared on 10 days course of oral ampliclox plus fusidic acid cream.
