Differential Diagnosis

Unfortunate middle-aged man presented with 5 months history of multiple, asymptomatic, infiltrative plaques and nodules of variable shapes and sizes involved different parts of the trunk and scalp. Mycosis fungoides was suspected on clinical background, however secondary poorly differentiated metastatic cells infiltrating the skin were seen in skin biopsy. On thorough assessment and investigations to find the primary tumor, carcinoma of the tail of the pancreas was found on MRI examination.
