Differential Diagnosis

A teenager boy presented with asymptomatic hemorrhagic blisters confined to both lower limbs and buttocks of 2 weeks duration. Some lesions have resolved and left slight atrophy behind especially on the buttocks. The patient had no preceding or associated systemic symptoms. CBC and urinalysis were normal and fresh lesion biopsy was consistent with leukocytoclastic vasculitis.
