Differential Diagnosis

History:

Renal transplant patient who developed squamous cell carcinomas on both arms. Each lesion was treated by wide local excision and placement of a skin graft. Now presents with classic SCCA in immediate proximity to original tumor, eight months after removal of the index lesion. Plan: Moh's micrigraphic surgery and oral retinoid prophylaxis.
