Differential Diagnosis

History: Carcinoma en cuirasse is lymphatic permeation of a breast carcinoma.It makes the skin feel firm and indurated.It can be mistaken for mastitis or cellulitis.Carcinoma telangiectaticum is another variant of cutaneous breast metastasis presenting as pink papules and telangiectasia
