Differential Diagnosis

History: Schamberg's disease was described by J.F. Schamberg in 1901.  It is a progressive pigmentary dermatosis with crops of red brown patches with cayenne pepper spots on their borders most commonly affecting the lower legs.  Males are more commonly affected than females..
