Differential Diagnosis


Keratoelastoidosis marginalis is a variant of solar elastosis incited by long-term ultraviolet radiation exposure and chronic trauma secondary to manual labor.  The differential includes focal acral hyperkeratosis and acrokeratoelastoidosis.
