Differential Diagnosis

History: History: Fordyce Angiokeratoma (FA) Multiple, small, 3-5 mm papules appear on the scrotum or labia majora in middle-aged or elderly adults. They are totally harmless. Best modalities for management are electrocautery and laser intervention. Case: A 72-year-old sexually active male with chief complain of condylomatous lesions in the grion and pensi glands, on examination there were numerous 1-2 mm dark red, erythematous, asymptomatic, harmless papules over the scrotum. Meanwhile patient is under fullow-up for condyloma management.
