Differential Diagnosis

History: Relapsing polychondritis is a rare autoimmune disorder characterized by recurrent episodes of inflammation and destruction of cartilaginous tissues.  Cartilages of the ears, nose, and laryngotracheobronchial tree are predominantly involved.
