Differential Diagnosis

History: This child suffered a solitary lesion of Baghdad boil (cutaneous leishmaniasis) at the glabellar region four months ago. He received only two intralesional injections of sodium stibogluconate (Pentostam) 10 days apart at that time with partial improvement (not cure) and defaulted. Four months later, he presented with multiple, red, crusted nodules on an erythematous and even cellulitic base with a small atrophic scar at the upper part of the lesion.
