Differential Diagnosis

History: Darier's disease is an autosomal dominant inherited disorder characterised by greasy keratotic papules involving the seborrheic areas.Hence the distribution shown in these photographs. It is always worse in summer particularly in humid conditions where the flexures and groin can be particularly involved but it is also photoexaccerbated and can be badly flared by sunburning.Always check the scalp margins and behind the ears if you suspect the condition.
