Differential Diagnosis

History: Cradle cap, also known as infantile seborrheic dermatitis, usually appears in the first few months of life and rarely persists beyond three years.    It is characterised by the development of thick, crusty, yellow or brown scales over the scalp. The scales may also be found on the eyelids, postauricular regions, around the nose, and in the groin
