History:

This 35-year-old woman presented with a moderately itchy annular plaques involving the wrists’ flexures and the inner side of one upper arm of many months duration. The plaques have elevated violaceous shiny borders and slightly atrophic centers. The oral mucosa, scalp and nails were not involved.
