History:

Venous leg ulcer

A 23-year-old female presented with a shallow painless ulcer at the ankle region of one year duration. On physical examination, 5cm X 3.5cm irregular ulcer with serosanguinous discharging base was seen. Many varicose veins involving the foot and leg were found surrounding the ulcer.
