History:

Large vitiliginous patches on the legs of one year duration treated with topical psoralen solution + sun exposure (UVL) for two months. Repigmentation started to appear from the perifollicular regions and spread to surrounding areas. Repigmentation in vitiligo usually results from stimulation of melanocytes in the hair matrix region (reservoir) and extended to neighbouring areas.
