History: Painful erosions and fragile flaccid bullae involving the trunk associated with painful oral erosions of 3 years duration. The condition was stable on prednisolone and azothioprine treatment but at last 2 months the patient has decreased the dosage of prednisolone rapidly resulting in a new exacerbation with multiple flaccid bullae and painful erosions on the scalp, trunk and oral mucous membranes.
