Differential Diagnosis

History:

This child has had mixed infantile hemangioma since birth. It is composed of two components; a deep sponge-like compressible component resembling cavernous hemangioma which has enlarged slowly and a superficial component represents a strawberry (capillary) hemangioma which has started to regress after the age of one year with the regressed areas changed into white-coloured skin.
