Differential Diagnosis

History: Young adult female presented with gradual development of multiple small papules on the bridge of the nose, extending toward the infraorbital region. Biopsy showed typical non-caseating granulomata. Chest x-ray showed mild hilar adenopathy. ACE level was normal, as was serum calcium. Started on hydroxycholorquine with near complete resolution in 3 months.
