History:

Groups of deep-seated vesicle-like papules (frog spawn appearance) confined to a localized region of the abdomen have appeared shortly after birth. The lesions were asymptomatic and has slightly increased in size (little change) since they have been noticed. Some of the lesions are skin-coloured and some are pinkish-red hued. Most lesions have been fulgurated with electrocautery before two years; however, many lesions have recurred again in the same region with evidence of multiple atrophic scars resulted from electro-fulguration.
