History:

This 5-year-old boy presented with multiple, asymptomatic, small-sized, skin-coloured, flat-topped papules affected the central part of the face especially around the nose of 6 months duration. The parents presented their son because of cosmetic appearance of the lesions and fear of contagiousness. It is interesting to notice the linear arrangement of the lesions on the right side of the nose due to Koebner’s phenomenon. Retin-A cream (0.05%) applied twice daily was prescribed for at least 6 weeks.
