History:

This lady presented for removal of a single nodule on the lateral side of the cheek, just below the right ear lobe. The nodule measured about 1.5 cm in diameter, had a deep brown colour with cerebriform nut-like surface and hang on a thin stalk. This cutaneous tag (cutaneous papilloma) has been excised under local anesthesia with one stitch put in place.
