History:

This patient is allergic to Sulfa drugs since 5 years. He did not tell his physician about his allergy, so he took Co-trimoxazole tablets for UTI prescribed by his treating physician. Next day, he noticed the appearance of many erythematous rounded and oval patches on the anterior trunk and face. The patches were bright red in colour and severely pruritic and few of them had scaly surface.
