History:

Plane wart is well-known by its resistance to therapy. The presented girl has had asymptomatic, multiple, pinkish-brown, plain-topped papules that have stuck-on appearance on the dorsal surface of the forearm and hand. These papules have been present for more than three years. Many therapeutic options (chemical caustics, electrocautery, Retinoid cream and oral zinc sulfate) have been tried but with no success.
