Differential Diagnosis

History:

This large asymptomatic firm nodular fibrous mass on the mid back of this lady has been present since 10 years. The nice thing with most acrochordons or skin tags which facilitates their surgical removal is their narrow neck (stalk) connecting them to the skin as in this case which has been easily removed with surgical excision under local anesthesia.
