History: A 10-year-old boy had three days history of generalized polymorphous rash involving mainly the trunk, extremities, scalp and face associated with fever and headache. On examination, red macules, papules, vesicles, pustules and crusts were present at the same time. Characteristic dew drops on rose petal vesicles were mainly seen on the trunk. Aphthous ulcers inside the mouth and on the gum caused difficulty in eating.
