History: A 24-year-old housewife woman presented with a painless pinkish to purplish large nodule on her right wrist of two weeks duration. One week prior to the onset of her lesion, she gave history of dealing with and cooking sheep's head. On examination, the nodule was about 10 X 4 cm diameters and had peculiar appearance with central red papule surrounded by white ring and an outer red halo. The nodule was weeping and not unlike pyogenic granuloma.
