Differential Diagnosis

History: This boy has had a solitary, sharply circumscribed, orange-brownish, oval papillomatous and warty scalp lesion since neonatal period (congenital). At presentation, it was about 5 X 2.5 cm in diameters with velvety touch and warty appearance. The lesion has been excised surgically and sent for HP examination which revealed features consistent with the diagnosis of nevus sebaceous of Jadassohn (Organoid nevus).
