History: A 10-year history of an asymptomatic solitary bluish black warty plaque on the palmar aspect of the little finger.Two features in this case were slightly aberrant from the typical solitary angiokeratoma, these were the size of the presented case is somehow larger than typical cases and the usual cases occur predominantly on the lower limbs.However, the current case histologically proved to be a solitary angiokeratoma.
