History: Any area in the body can be involved by fixed drug eruption (FDE), however the lips, penis and the dorsa of the hands are the commonest sites affected. The presented case is a classical example of FDE followed Cotrimoxazole ingestion by many hours with two rounded hyperpigmented slightly itchy patches on the penis and the dorsum of one hand.
