History: More than thirty-year history of multiple asymptomatic unilateral skin-colored to brownish papules involving T3 dermatome with linear distribution. Some lesions were elevated and dome-shaped and others were flat-topped. Two biopsies were taken at different times showed histologic features of epidermal nevus.
