History: A middle-aged man gave history of 6 months of asymptomatic violaceous to purplish nodules on the hands and feet. He was HIV negative. Many lesions excised totally proved to be Kaposi's sarcoma. However three months later one removed lesion from the foot has recurred with a different appearance and easy bleeding tendency (See Photos of foot). The recurred lesion removed again and its histopathological picture was consistent with pyogenic granuloma.
