History: Many autoimmune disorders whether cutaneous or systemic may associate with each other. One of these associations is that between psoriasis and vitiligo which is commonly encountered during dermatological daily practice. The presented patient has had universal vitiligo of many years duration associated with newly developing psoriasis.
