History: One year before the patient noticed two red nodules appeared on his arm. These nodules were removed by unwise surgeon on assumption of clinical diagnosis of cutaneous leishmaniasis. Three months later the lesions have recurred at the scar of previous surgery (see third photo). At last month new asymptomatic dull red nodules on the thigh have appeared. There was no lymph node enlargement or organomegaly. Skin biopsy has proved the diagnosis of B-cell lymphoma.
