History: A middle-aged man presented with a chronic relapsing vesiculo-bullous rash involving the major flexures (axillae and groins) of more than 10 years duration. On examination, hyperpigmented, vegetative and crusted patches with advancing active peripheral borders were seen. Skin biopsy was consistent with Hailey-Hailey disease.
