History: More than six months history of a unilateral well-demarcated pruritic eczematous plaque involving one breast mainly the nipple and peri-nipple areolar area. It was associated with serous nipple discharge and nipple retraction. Skin biopsy showed many Paget's cells invading the epidermis.
