History: A prepubertal boy presented with a 6-month history of wide spread excoriated grouped papulovesicular rash mainly involved the shoulders, elbow and knee extensors, trunk and buttocks. The rash was associated with severe paroxysmal itching. Biopsy showed subepidermal blisters and neutorphilic papillary micro-abscesses. The condition was promptly improved on oral dapsone therapy.
