History: A 50-year-old man has had multiple heterosexual relationships presented with a rounded ulcer on the shaft of the penis just below the coronal sulcus of few weeks duration. The ulcer was painless and hard (cartilage-like) on palpation. STS (VDRL and TPHA) were positive. Two injections of benzathine penicillin 2.4 mega units one week apart i.m has cured the condition.
