Differential Diagnosis

History: This patient presented with two painless erythematous moderately indurated discoid plaques on the dorsal surface of the hand and forearm of two months duration. Some pustules were evident on the surface of the lesions. Cure was attained with three sessions of intralesional Pentostam injections given one week apart.
