History: An adult man resided in a rural area presented with multiple slowly growing painless erythematous nodules involved the exposed parts of the body namely the face and foot of many months duration. Facial lesions recently developed ulceration and many satellite papules appeared around the central mother lesion. Biopsy confirmed a diagnosis of cutaneous leishmaniasis.
