Differential Diagnosis

History: A 6-year-old girl presented with innumerable facial freckles of three years duration. Her parents are consanguineous and positive family history of similar condition is positive in two out of four brothers and sisters. A recent ulcerative lesion appeared on the nose 6 months ago seemed to be early BCC which has been proved histologically through skin biopsy.
